Moje Chaloupka is a premium building on a large, well-kept, and fully fenced plot on the edge of the small village of Žďár near Nalžovské Hory. We are the ideal gateway for discovering the beauties of Šumava and the Plánicko microregion.

Enjoy barrier-free comfort. All rooms are on the ground floor, furnished with custom-made wooden furniture. The cottage combines modern technology with the soul of a country building, dominated by a stylish living room with a tiled stove and oven.

We respect your privacy. You have the entire premises, including wellness and the garden, solely for yourself during your stay.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the property suitable for boisterous corporate parties?

We primarily specialize in quiet strategic meetings, management meetings, and workshops. Due to the location in a quiet part of the village, loud parties are not allowed after 10 PM.

What about meals/catering?

Most teams use grocery delivery via Rohlík.cz or order ready meals from local restaurants. The kitchen is fully equipped for communal cooking, which works as great teambuilding.

How is the hall equipped for exercise and yoga?

Upon request, we will prepare soft sports tatami over the entire floor area, giving you maximum comfort and warmth from the ground. We can also decorate the space with relaxing decorations, textiles, and candles to create the right cozy atmosphere for your lessons.

Do you have equipment for presentations?

Yes, a screen and projector are available. Wi-Fi is high-speed (40Mbit) and covers the entire building, including outdoor seating areas.

Will you issue a corporate invoice?

Of course. Invoicing to a company ID (FKSP, etc.) is standard for us.

Outside the summer season, we have available dates throughout the week.

Discount for Smaller Groups

We value your comfort. If you do not use the full capacity of 14 beds, we provide a discount for each unoccupied bed:

For weekly stays: discount 40 EUR / unoccupied bed

Example: A family of 4 saves 400 EUR on a weekly stay.

For weekend stays: discount 20 EUR / unoccupied bed

Example: A family of 4 saves 200 EUR on a weekend stay.

Payment and Cancellation

Reservation and Deposit

Upon confirmation, the date is held for 5 business days. During this time, a 50% deposit must be paid.
Balance Payment

The balance is due at the latest 7 days before arrival to the operator's account.
Cancellation Fees

If canceled less than 30 days before arrival, a fee of 25% of the total price applies.
Security Deposit

A refundable deposit of 200 EUR is required upon arrival, returned at checkout.
